Our reviews are all authenticated and are only from customers who have purchased from us. We pride ourselves on our customer service and providing the best suited products for the right situation. We show a rating and review from other customers who have purchased the product to help you make an informed decision.
How do we collect product reviews?
After a customer makes a purchase from Shredder Sales, we send them an email to check how they're going. We include an invitation to leave a review of their product if the customer chooses.
How are reviews verified and why are they reliable?
All reviews are verified by email address to ensure that only reviews from customers who have used the product are shown. Because all reviews are verified customers who have used the product, you can be confident that all reviews contain content you can trust.
We do not filter or moderate reviews in any way other than verifying it's legitimate and ensuring there is no profanity or inappropriate content.

Best shedder!!Our previous shredder slow with no automatic feeder and limited to 5 sheets max via the manual feeder. The 10 sheet manual feed slot and the bulk auto feeder are a huge time saver and the unit is very quiet. We love that we can do bulk shredding at a time, put the sheets in and walkaway, such a time saver.

True professionals and experts in the world of high-security shredders (including National Security applications)Originally, I bought an earlier INFOSTOP high-security shredder that regrettably died after about 7-8yrs sporadic service. I chose Document Dynamix because they sell commercial high-security shredders and I was able to rest assured that Document Dynamix knew what constitutes high-security shredding given that they also sell shreeders for national security application to clients like Australian Government departments. Over the years I have built up an excellent relationship with the crew at Document Dynamix, their advice has always been accurate and they have never ever tried to sell me something that was inappropriate for my application. This grade of expertise can only come with successive decades of experience in the industry. As a result, I trust their advice without question. So, when it came time to find a replacement I did not bother looking elsewhere. I called up Document Dynamix to chat with the exceptionally friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff who were able to point me in the right direction for a comparable replacement which as it turned out was the AS250MX. The delivery process was exceptionally smooth. This product is still in the early phases of active service with my company but it has several great features: 1) the slots that help secure bags for shredder waste; 2) the auto-feed mechanism looks great [I am yet to try this feature out]; 3) two out of four lockable castor wheels to keep the unit secure in place; 4) quiet operation; 5) this shredder takes pre-sealed oil sheets that avoids the mess of bottled oil. As an added bonus, the AS250MX was on sale when I placed my order. NOTE: The same parent company owns both Document Dynamix and Shredder Sales.
